The New Decking Area can be lit at night. Cook on the permanent gas B.B.Q. Using the patio table & chairs provided, eat Al Fresco style.
Only 3 minutes walk down to beautiful Sandy Bay, and only 50 yards from the South West coastal path.

The lounge area is open plan and has colour TV, DVD, Freeview, stereo, and gas fire and the seating can be turned into a double bed. This leads through to the kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, microwave, and standard inventory of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.
Also included is an ironing board. iron and hairdryer.
On hot stuffy nights you can turn on the cold air circulation.
In this very modern caravan the windows have night ventilation opening positions.
There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe and dressing table. The other two bedrooms have twin beds which can be moved together, making doubles. They both have wardrobes.
It has a shower room with toilet and sink.Plus a second toilet. Pillows and duvets are provided but you will need to bring your own covers and sheets.
The caravan is situated on a quiet position away from the noise. A welcome pack showing local information is provided by us.
This is a family holiday park and we cannot accept bookings from all male or all female parties or groups of under 21 years of age. No smoking or pets are allowed in the caravan.
